Unpacked, was a two-day grassroots event that I formulated in 2022. Originally named Parcel Unpacked, we slowly transitioned the brand over to Customer.io after three successful annual events.
The event was created because the email developer community and lifecycle community did not have an industry event to learn, share, and participate in interactive workshops. I have lead, organized, and moderated this event for the third year in a row—with over 10k social impressions and positioning Parcel and Customer.io on the map as an industry thought leader.
In 2025, I secured 20 speakers and over 1,700 registrants.
The event brought in over $1,000,000 in sales pipeline.
